Reiki Training
Reiki I
Reiki I classes are offered in one-day workshops and as part of 3-day Reiki retreats. This first level of Reiki training awakens your innate healing ability, giving you access to Reiki energy which can be used as a:
- rejuvenating self-care practice
- means to support healing in yourself, friends, and family
- service profession, providing Reiki to clients
- enhancement to other professional services such as coaching, counseling, social work, nursing, and body work
In R In Reiki I class, through an engaging combination of teaching, discussion, and
experiential practice you will:
- hear the history of Reiki
- learn the Reiki principles
- explore the applications of Reiki
- be introduced to the chakra energy system
- be taught the standard hand positions
- receive an attunement to open the channel to Reiki
- learn how to give hands-on Reiki treatments to yourself and others
- use Japanese Reiki techniques to facilitate the flow of Reiki
- practice giving Reiki
In a sacred ceremony during the training, you will receive an attunement to awaken your natural healing abilities. This initiation activates your energy channels and tunes you in, like a radio, to the frequency of Reiki. As well as providing a lifetime access to Reiki energy, many people find that the attunement increases their intuitive abilities, raises their energetic vibration, and enhances their spiritual development.

Reiki II Training
Reiki II classes are offered in one-day workshops and as part of 3-day Reiki retreats. Reiki II training expands your capacity to be a conduit for Reiki. During class you will:
- discover how to draw and use three powerful Reiki II symbols-the Empowerment/Power Symbol, the Mental/Emotional Symbol, and the Distance/Absent symbol
- receive an attunement to activate the symbols
- practice hands-on healing using the symbols
- practice distant healing using the symbols
- discover ways to use crystals with Reiki
- deepen your understanding of the chakra energy system
- learn non-healing uses for the symbols
Reiki Master Training
There are several levels of Reiki Master training. For many, learning and being attuned to the Master symbol in Reiki III/Advanced Reiki Training is the last step in their training. Others who desire to teach Reiki go further to learn how to pass attunments and how to conduct Reiki classes. Please inquire about Reiki Master training.
Reiki III Training
In Reiki III/Advanced Reiki Training training you will learn how to use and will be attuned to the Reiki Master symbol. You will learn how to create a crystal grid for continuous healing and in a guided meditation will meet your Reiki guide. You will deepen your knowledge of the chakras and will have plenty of opportunity for hands-on practice.

I am new to Reiki but I am now a convert! Most recently I had the pleasure of experiencing Reiki I training with Grace. Grace had encouraged me to attend so that I would be able to practice Reiki healing on myself. I have non-small cell lung cancer (EGFR positive) and am currently being treated with the chemotherapy drug, Tarceva which has numerous side effects including, among other things, diarrhea and rash.
